We perform translational infectious diseases pathogenesis studies, focused on identifying host genetic and immunologic predictors of disease. Our goal is to integrate advanced genetic and immunologic technologies in unique clinical populations to identify potential novel targets for pursuing eradication and treating long-term consequences of infectious diseases.
